Communication

No more justifying.Everything is dated.

Your partners read the same taïkos and the same documents as you, as far as you open them. What is asked, sent and awaited is dated, and everyone sees it.

1 · On the taïko

Four messages. All on the Vercors design.

They are about a mezzanine, next to the change request they caused. Whoever opens the taïko reads the whole conversation: nobody has to tell the story again.

2 · One question

One answer.No account.

The email carries a link. The partner picks an answer there, with no account and no password, or simply replies to the email. The answer comes back into the thread: nothing to copy.

3 · The partner

The partner logs in.No need to ask.

With their access, the partner reads where the project stands and what is expected of them, the latest first, each item with the gesture that settles it. These are the project’s taïkos, not a copy.

4 · Writing in

One message.To the right person.

From their access, the partner writes to the project lead and to those who already wrote to them, not to the whole directory. A copy leaves by email.

5 · Documents

Every document.Its whole history.

When it was issued, to whom it was sent, what came back. It is all on the taïko, with no inbox to search.

The partner has their own space. On the same project.

They log in with their access. Everything that waits for them, the project on its map, and a way to write to the project lead.

Time saved.No justifying.

  1. 1

    No more being chased

The partner logs in and reads where the project stands, on the same taïkos as you.

  2. 2

    Nothing to copy

Their answer comes back into the thread. The document keeps the trace of its sending.

  3. 3

    No forgotten reminder

Reminders are planned and dated. A person sends them.
