Load

Nobody planned it.cadänce computes it.

The plan says who does what. Not what it does to someone’s week. Here the load is computed from the assignments, day by day, against each person’s capacity.

1 · The phase that stretches

The design was due on 11 September. It runs until 23 October.

Léa spends a share of her time on it. Her share stretches with it, onto weeks promised to Les Tilleuls.

2 · The work that bills nothing

Three days a week.No client sees them.

Marc answers the Lycée Moulin bid until 16 October. No client’s schedule shows it. His week does.

3 · The absence

Sofia asks for leave.Nobody has said yes yet.

The request is a trial. It takes away her capacity, not her assignments: from 19 to 23 October, her share of the construction documents has nobody to carry it.

4 · Together

Each one is reasonable.Together they burn.

No single decision was wrong. The load is their sum, person by person, day by day. The map shows it ahead of time.

Computed from assignments. No load spreadsheet on the side.

Absences and internal work included.

Who does what, for what share, against each person’s capacity. A phase moves, an absence comes: the load follows.
