The invoice and the payment
The invoice leaves as an e-invoice. For a public buyer it is filed on Chorus Pro, and its progress shows. The client pays: the bank statement is dropped in. Payments arrive without duplicates, the balance is the bank’s, and each payment is linked to its invoice.
The message and the answer
Write from an invoice, a meeting or a phase. The message leaves by email. The recipient answers from their own mailbox, without a cadänce account. The answer comes back to the same place.
Payroll
Each month the payroll software produces the DSN, the French payroll return. Dropped into cadänce, it gives each employee’s cost. Treasury plans the next months’ payroll.
The accountant
At closing, the accountant receives the entries in a FEC file. It is the format the French tax administration requires.
Calendars
Every meeting shows in each person’s calendar: Outlook, Google or Apple. On the phone too.
Documents
A print can keep a copy in Google Drive.
The site
Snags and site observations go to the BIM software. The answers come back into cadänce.
Spreadsheets and contacts
Every table exports to Excel. An address book is taken into the directory. So are the clients and suppliers of existing accounts.
Public data
To create a company, its SIREN number is enough: legal name, address and activity come from the public register. INSEE indices are used to revise prices. Energy brokers receive electricity prices.
Reporting
Excel, Power BI or Google Sheets read the deadlines with a read key. Each person creates their own on their record, with their own rights. The tool changes nothing. The key is withdrawn in one click.
The AI
Anyone can ask their AI to push a phase back two weeks. It prepares a trial, with all its consequences: load, invoicing, deadlines. A person reads it, then commits or drops it. The AI never changes the data. The same goes for the cadänce assistant and for each person’s own AI.
