How it works
- Every deadline becomes a taïko. Meeting, sign-off, invoice, budget: everything that happens in a project, set at its date.
- All your projects, on one map. Taïkos are linked: a delay is followed from one deadline to the next, from one project to another.
- The map shows where it runs hot. And why: every hot spot states its cause.
Most show up in the monthly report.
Here, they show up the day they start.
One map
Everyone sees the same map.
No one reads it the same way.
Each mark is a taïko: a meeting, a sign-off, an invoice, a budget. Hover a point to read it. Pick a reading, or keep scrolling.
Production
Two taïkos, one person, same week.
Next week Léa carries 140%. The Vercors design ran long while the client kept asking for changes, and the Les Tilleuls construction documents start on 12 October. Sofia’s leave request, opened as a trial, takes away her capacity, not her assignments: the week after, her share of the construction documents would have nobody to carry it.
Project lead
One missing sign-off. Two months of work waiting behind it.
The client was due to sign off the Vercors design on 14 September. Three weeks later, nothing. Construction documents can’t start.
Finance
Finished in June. Never invoiced.
The Vercors schematic phase ended on 26 June. It was never closed, so no invoice went out. The Bellevue invoice sent on 6 July is still unpaid. Production saw nothing wrong here.
Management
80% spent. Halfway done. Here is why.
Vercors has used 80% of its fee budget for half of the work. The map traces it back: an invoice never sent, a sign-off never given, a designer carrying two phases at once.
Solo
All of it. One person.
In a one-person practice, every reading lands on the same desk: the overload, the sign-off, the invoice, the budget. Nobody holds that in their head.
